Frontier Day - June 25th, 10am - 4pm

at Schifferstadt Museum

Step into frontier life during the later 1700's in Frederick. Frontier Day (free) will feature colonial re-enactors, including riflemen, a blacksmith, wool spinners, and other interpreters. Experience a hands-on way to learn about Frederick's early day-to-day life while meandering the Schifferstadt grounds. Kids will enjoy seeing the barn yard animals and historic hounds. Visitors can also have fun solving a scavenger hunt. Vendors will be selling native plants (many of which are grown in the Heritage Garden) and herbal lotions and salves. We'll have a food vendor - so stay for lunch! Tours of the house and garden will also be available.
1110 Rosemont Ave. Frederick, MD.
