Tours and Events at Schifferstadt - October
Oktoberfest is October 21st , 10am - 5pm, and October 22nd, 12noon - 5pm. In addition to all of the festivities on the grounds (see below) we will be conducting tours of the museum. Due to high demand, it is best to email or call to reserve a time for a tour.

Rotary of Fredericktowne is the co-host with Landmarks for this event. We could not launch this event without Rotary.Celebrate fall and enjoy an authentic Oktoberfest on the grounds of a picturesque, historic German farmhouse. This traditional festival takes place on October 21st and 22nd, rain or shine. The event features juried arts and crafts for sale, cultural activities, German sausage, beer, strudel, a German oompah band, colonial living history demonstrators and children’s fun. Admission is free to the grounds. Tours of the Schifferstadt Museum are offered for a discount. (12 and under free), please register for a tour by email or phone. Proceeds help maintain the historic house museum built in 1758.Event hours are Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, 12 noon to 5 p.m. blog.FrederickLandmarks.org
